It is said to be the market closest to the ideal perfect competition, due to the fact that no one can manipulate it.
It is dispersed worldwide, thus being traded 24 hours daily except on weekends.
The exchange rates are affected by a variety of factors from government fiscal policies, bank competitiveness monetary power, inflation levels, demand and surplus, political conditions, worldwide extreme events and market traders psychology.
Low margins of profit compared to other markets.
The use of leverage. Up to 1:400.
